2019 — The Problem
One handoff was breaking everything.
Two co-founders — one a developer, one a marketer — kept watching the same thing happen: a beautiful site nobody could find, or a sharp campaign landing on a page that crashed under its own traffic. Codealive started as the fix for that one handoff.
2020 — First Retainer
Same team, same data, same roadmap.
Our first real client asked for "a website and some Google Ads." We built and ran both from one team sharing one dashboard — and watched their cost-per-lead drop within the first quarter.
2022 — Full Stack
SEO, Meta, ecommerce — one pipeline.
We added SEO, paid social, ecommerce builds and content into the same system, so every channel could compound off the others instead of competing for the same budget.
